Background: COMPATIBILITY between hospitals manager's career and their personality could assured job performance improvement. Personality tests are used to determine management hospital's manager's type of personality compatible with their career. This research is aimed to STUDY hospital managers personality types with their management career at one of the largest University of Medical Sciences in Iran.Methods: A cross-sectional, descriptive STUDY was conducted among 210 of the hospital departments managers by James Barrett's personality type questionnaire compatible with their management career. Before the beginning of the main survey, the face and coincidental validity and reliability of questionnaire and also test-retest technic was performed and reliability coefficient was high. The data was collected by SPSS software and analyzed by Chi-Square and Kruskal-Wallis test.Results: Most of the paraclinical managers were retired and emotional, and most of the hospital administrators were realistic and cautions.Discussion: We demonstrated that hospital administrators were more compatible with their career. But, it seems, most of the studied manager's type of personality were not compatible with their careers.Conclusion: Although, COMPATIBILITY testing is not the only procedure to select the candidates of management career, but we suggest this test and other recruitment tests are conducted to select the candidates for management career in all hospitals of Iran.

In the present STUDY, the main purpose is the qualitative STUDY on garbage collection in Tehran city. It has been done by qualitative research method. Semi-structured interview and purposeful sampling techniques were used in data collection. To do this, 15 people were interviewed and the sample size in the present STUDY was determined based on theoretical saturation. Thematic analysis was used to analyze the data. Theme analysis was performed at 4 levels of primary, main, central and core themes. A total of 184 initial themes were extracted from all interviews. In the main coding stage, the following 9 main themes were merged. Escape from poverty in the origin and the inevitable choice of inferiority, society's view to garbage collectors, and high stress, strengthening the cycle of academic reluctance and illiteracy, physical and mental torment, unknown horizon and confusion of the Khojies, legal ambiguity and customary definitions and contracts, complaints from relevant institutions, the entry of the mafia and the formation of rent and corruption. Finally, these themes fall into two categories of social harmfulness of recycling and institutional exclusion and illegallity of the status of garbage collectors in the second distrect in the form of the core theme of the structure of socially harmful and institutionally illegal, waste phenomenon explained..

Purpose: The science of interpretation, as the most important science responsible for understanding the Qur'an, needs to be methodized and updated so that the teachings of the Qur'an can be used easily for all classes of people. In the present STUDY, the meaning of "future research in interpretation" is the ability to create desirable models for more efficient interpretation in the future, by using scientific tools, creativity and relying on the foundations and rules of interpretation and compensating the damages of interpretation in the past.Method: This research, with descriptive analytical method, answers the question, what are the fields and requirements of future research in interpretation? Findings: The results of the current research are based on the fact that special attention to the Qur'an, as the most important source of interpretation, rationality and methodical consideration in interpretation, attention to the prerequisites of interpretation, interpretation based on the requirements of the time, the need to pay attention to thematic interpretation, STUDYing on the history of interpretation and observing the manners and conditions of interpretation are one of the most important requirements of interpretation in the future. Results: Considering the developments that will take place in the field of knowledge, methods and expectations from science in the future, the interpretation will also change. For this reason, in order not to cause various damages to the interpretation of the Qur'an, it is necessary to pay attention to the various contexts, principles and requirements of the interpretation of the Qur'anic commentators and scholars.

Introduction: Perinatal mortality is one of the stressful events with harmful and psychological effects in women’s life which influences their quality of life. This STUDY was performed with aim to deeply understand the mothers' experience of perinatal death.Methods: This qualitative STUDY was conducted at Urmia city in 2012. Sampling was performed as purposeful method and 14 mothers with experience of perinatal death were interviewed. Constant comparative analysis was used to analyze data.Results: The experience of mothers COMPATIBILITY with perinatal death and its related factors was obtained in 24 sub-themes that of these classes, four main themes were appeared including "need to be understood", "forgetfulness", "self-justification" and "hope to the birth of a healthy baby in the future".Conclusion: According to the results of this STUDY when the mothers are exposed to perinatal death try to forget it with their justification in order to hope to the next pregnancy and they need to be understood during this process. Offering palliative and supportive service by care system facilitates this process.

For formulation of new products or reformulation of existing ones, it is wise to know possibility of any interaction of drug-drug or drug additive, which will affect the stability of final product.In this STUDY, first thermograms of aspartame and each drug were prepared individually, then thermograms of an equal mixture of drug and aspartame was drug prepared and compared with the pure and aspartame thermograms.DSC thermograms of chloropheniramine and phenylephrine showed a deformation and shift in the peak indicating probable interaction while acetminophen and sulphamethoxazole had no changes in their thermograms, therefore no interaction between aspartame and those drugs can exist.

The title of the present research is "the comparative STUDY of correspondence between the film products for children and the requirements of this age group". we have used the context analyzing method with its implicative form through categorical- assessment methods, and we studied on the children films which are broadcast from the channel 2 of IRIB in the 70s and80s as the population, and among the published children movies, Among the films released by the child, twelve available films are selected as samples. The scenes of each film are selected as the analyzing unit, and have been coded and analyzed.After the research, we realized that there is very low correspondence between children film products and their age requirement, The lack of attention to the character allegory in children films plays a key role in the attractiveness and Lack of attention to the rhythm of the scene, which plays an important role in influencing the message and increasing the attractiveness of the movie, is one of the most significant cases. The relevance of the components, such as: the subject, color and music of films published by the child's age and the response to the needs of children, are the ones that are considered in the making of a child's movie.

Blend of PP/PET is an immiscible composition because of the difference between solubility coefficient and lack of attraction between polar/non-polar polymers. For inducing required miscibility in the blend, various compatibilizers are used. In this research, PP-g-MA is being employed. This copolymer is produced from the chemical reaction and grafting between maleic anhydride (MA), dicumyl peroxide (DCP) and polypropylene (PP) The effect of adding DCP concentration (at constant MA) increases the grafting efficiency on PP and on the other hand, enhancing MA concentration (at constant DCP) decreases grafting efficiency. The results indicate that PP-g-MA makes PET fibrillar to become smaller and it also makes the phases to become closer. It is found however that using this compatibilizer, specially in large amount, decreases the mechanical properties of the blend.

Green architecture is one of the new trends and approaches in architecture that has been considered by many designers, managers, urban planners and building designers in recent years. This new architecture, which arises from the concepts of sustainable development, seeks to adapt and harmonize with the environment, one of the basic human needs in today's world. Therefore, the purpose of this STUDY is to evaluate the fulfillment of criteria and principles of green architecture from the perspective of citizens as the main actors of Rasht. . Finally, for data analysis, SPSS software, one-sample t-test and Excel software were used. Then, using the sustainability barometer model, the sustainability of green architecture in Rasht was measured from the citizens' point of view. Research components include energy conservation, working with climate, reducing the use of new resources, respect for the site, respect for users. The results show that the sustainability of green architecture was average (0. 48),This indicates the unfavorable situation in all components of green architecture in the city of Rasht. But the point to consider in this weak stability (0. 396) is the energy protection component compared to other components,This is due to the lack of change and culture in the use of new energy. The possibility of national identity crises among the people of Iran, boosting ethnic and global identities and as a result the possibility of social and political challenges in the near future, have been the concerns of elite and intellectuals.This article as a case STUDY has compared four types of ethnic, national, ummah and global identities among the citizens of Tehran.The result is that, national identity with 94.2% takes the first place and is compatible with ethnic and ummah identities in a way that the increase in any of then does not cause the decrease in the other. Finally, global identity with 69.36% is at the bottom of the list.
